Future Continuous Tense / Future Progressive Tense

A. Form:
Subject + will be + verb + ing


B. Usage:

1. To express an action at a particular moment in the future.
Example:
- I will be playing tennis at 10 am.
- We will be watching movie at 12 am.

2. To express an interrupted action in the future.
Example:
- I will be watching TV when she arrives tonight.
- Tomy Will be sleeping when I arrive.


C. Meaning:
That action began before particular time in the future, and still continue in particular time in the future, and probably will continue after a particular time in the future.
Example: - Tomy will be sleeping when I arrived.
=> Tomy will go to sleep at 10:00 tomorrow night. I arrive at 11:00. The action of sleeping will begin before I arrive. And it will be in progress at a particular time in the future. Probably his sleep will continue.

1. To express an action that happen now, and continue until future.
Example:
- I am eating a fish.
- My brother is sleeping in the bad room.
- We are watching movie.
- She is going to her friend’s house.

C. Meaning
The action began in the past, and NOW this action still happens, and probably will continue.
Example : Tow is sleeping right now.

now is 11.00. Tom went to sleep at 10:00 tonight, and he is still asleep. His sleep began in the past, is in progress at the present time, and probably will continue.

A. Form:
Subject + will + verb
Subject + to be + going to + verb


B. Usage:

1.To express a voluntary.

Example:
- I will send you information.
- He will give you the information later.

2. To express a planning.
Example:
- He is going to spend his vacation in Hawai.
- I will buy a book after exam.

3. To express a promise.
Example:
- I will call you when I arrive.
- I will bring your book back later.

4. To express a Prediction.
Example:
- The year 2020 will be an interesting year.
- It will be run tomorrow.


C. Meaning:
This action will be happen at one particular time in the future.
Example: I will call you when I arrive.
=> People will do a “calling” to his friend later (in the future).

B. Usage:

1. To express an action that happens at particular time in the past.

Example:
- It snowed Yesterday.

C. Meaning:
That happens began in the past, and also ended in the past.
Example: -Tiny watched television last night.
=> Tiny began to watch television last night, and she also ended it last night.

1. To express the Fact.

Example:
- Dog is animal.
- We live in Earth.

2. To express habitual action.

3. To express general truth.
Example:
- Man is stronger than woman.
- Woman likes shopping.

4. To express an action that happens in the present.
Example:
- Nowadays laptop becomes important for student.
- Facebook is the biggest social network.

5. Uses in direct speech.
Example:
- Clean the room!
- Use your shoes.

6. Schedule event.
Example:
- I go to hospital at 09.00 am.
- We arrive in the school at 07.20 am.


C. Meaning:
In general, the simple present express events that exist always, usually, habitually; they exist now, have exist in the past, and probably will exist in the future.
Example: Dog is animal.
=>> yesterday dog is animal, today dog is animal, and tomorrow dog is animal.
